Our venue have a max capacity of 80 guest.

What does the Rental Include?
Our base package includes:
6 hour time slot (1 hour set up, 1 hour clean up and 4 hour event time)
1200+ sq/ft space
5 - 5ft. Round Tables
5 - 6ft. Rectangular Tables

Can I bring my own Food/ DJ/ Decorator?
Yes. The venue do allow you to bring your own DJ and event planner. Outside food is allowed.

Can I serve alcohol?
A licensed Bartender and/or security is required for Alcoholic beverages on site. Client can not sell any alcohol beverages of any kind during their event.
Security is provided by Suite 916.
The bartender must provide proof of Insurance 72hour prior to event date.

Is Parking Available?
Yes. We have free parking.
​
Can I choose my own time slot?
Our venue booking time slots are
10am-4pm; 11am-5pm; 5pm-11pm; 6pm-12am.

Flex scheduling is offered on SUNDAYS ONLY based on availability with an additional fee.
​
How can I secure my date?
A retainer fee of $300 that is non-refundable. The retainer fee fairly compensates Suite 916 for committing to provide the venue rental and turning down other potential clients.
